Would you like to work in a genuinely rewarding organisation?
Nottinghamshire Hospice leads the provision of compassionate, community palliative care to those who are dying in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire from a terminal or life-limiting illness. Our values are embedded throughout the organisation – Compassion, Trust and Ambition.
Our Hospice offers staff the unique privilege to walk alongside patients and their families at this significant time of their lives while providing compassionate care and support. We deliver high-quality, excellent palliative care for patients living with a life-limiting condition and we also support their families and friends, both before and after death.
This role…
You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, in a professional service, making a real difference to the lives of patients and their families. Working in an environment where the patient is truly the centre of care, you will be part of a supportive and fun team where everyone is valued for their unique skills and experience. You do not need palliative care experience (although that would be great) as we offer a comprehensive induction package.
Our Hospice in Your Home Team provides planned 1:1 care and a roaming service to people in their own homes. The successful postholder will work shifts across the week, including weekends and bank holidays, on a planned rota basis.
What’s in it for you?

Minimum Requirements: You must be a Registered Nurse with post-registration experience, knowledge and skills to deliver generic palliative care in the community. Support will be given to the postholder to develop their career ambitions. You must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
