Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Creative to develop and create engaging social content that captures audience attention for our clients.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will manage and elevate the work of junior creatives and foster a culture of exceptional work.
We operate a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from our London office and your home.
As a Senior Social Media Creative at Cubaka, you will:
1. Guide and elevate your team's creative output, pushing the boundaries with original ideas that win attention, awards, and client confidence.
2. Work with accounts and strategy teams to align creative concepts with marketing and communication strategies.
3. Develop 360 creative ideas that are broad enough to span multiple touchpoints across social, from organic to influencer and advertising.
4. Collaborate with strategy and accounts teams, and other creatives to ensure our work is culturally relevant, useful, and entertaining.
5. Lead by example by producing top-tier social content.
6. Ensure all creative assets are top quality, meeting industry standards and exceeding client expectations.
7. Stay updated on trends and innovations, incorporating fresh ideas to keep our creative output engaging and driven.
You will bring:
1. At least 5 years of experience working in a creative role, with specific expertise in producing both static and video content for social media across multiple platforms.
2. A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns including a mix of high-quality static visuals and engaging video content (e.g., short-form videos, animations, reels, and stories).
3. Technical proficiency in static and video content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator for static content and After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and animations.
4. Experience in end-to-end content production.
