About the service
We support a number of adults with complex needs, such as visual/hearing impairments, physical and learning disabilities in their own homes across Fife.
We provide 24-hour services which promote individuals independence, and offers opportunities to learn, have experiences and most importantly, have fun! Individuals are supported in every element of their lives at home and in the community.
Day to Day you will;
* Assist individuals with various daily tasks such as personal care, moving and assisting, administering medication and meal preparation.
* Plan, attend and participate in a range of fun and engaging activities such as art, music, travel, swimming, shows and concerts and sensory experiences.
* Work with your team, families and other professionals to consistently review services and ensure you are providing the best quality care.
* Maintain accurate, up to date daily recordingsand guidance.
Shift times vary from 7:30am to 10pm start and finishing times across a variety of early, late, mid and nightshifts. We have both part and full-time contract opportunities available.
About you

Experience is not required; your values, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are much more important to us, the people that we support and their families. We offer extensive training to support and develop all of our new staff to become confident, competent Support Practitioners.
