The main purpose of the Administrator is to ensure all clerical duties for the department are done in an efficient and timely manner. The main tasks are creating and logging schemes whilst document tracking.Job Details:
* Working Week: Monday to Friday
* Working Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm / 9.00am-5.00pm (37 hours per week)
* Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £12.61 (rate based on experience)
* Duration: Fixed Temp Assignment - 12 months
Project & financial Duties:
1. Create, update and log schemes on MPD
2. Create MPD and CFS numbers
3. Circulate documents electronically when required
4. Ensure schemes are circulating
5. Log and track any IADs or FSs
6. Creating and receipting Purchase orders and BPA’s on Oracle/CFS
7. Inputting budget data into Oracle/CFS
8. PDF and send any finalised documents
9. Jacob’s monthly invoice
10. Logging and tracking construction files
