The Client
Our client are an Independent Financial Advice firm based in Stockport. Their focus is on helping clients achieve their aims, goals and objectives through consistently excellent independent financial planning. They are looking to add an experience Senior Administrator - Financial Services to their team.
The Role of Senior Administrator
The position will be office-based and will require the successful candidate to work alongside the current employees of the business to deliver financial planning advice, and most importantly an excellent client experience.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, customer service skills and attention to detail and a proactive approach to personal development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process all areas of customer service and administration relating to new/existing business and servicing queries
* Placing investment instructions and implementing advice
* Liaising with providers to request information as necessary
* Producing valuations and preparing client review packs
* Respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients and providers
* Diary management: organising appointments for the adviser and the client
