The Role:
Joining our Queen Alexandra Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Team Manager you’ll work with professional health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services. As an experienced, qualified Social Worker, you’ll handle safeguarding, complex cases and resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve to the best outcomes.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
* Handle a small, complex caseload.
* Assess risk.
* Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
* Assist in strategic planning and service delivery.
* Provide regular supervision and support to team members.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
* Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
* Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
