Our services are provided by 9,000 staff in hospitals, community settings and patients own homes, predominantly in Nottinghamshire but services are also provided in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Leicestershire Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced healthcare leader, with experience of leading mental health and / or forensic services, to lead key programmes of work supporting the Trust to achieve its longer-term strategic aims. The successful candidate will report to the Medical Director/Deputy Chief Executive/Chief Executive and will be a key member of the Trust's senior leadership team. They will hold Trust-wide responsibility for a small number of major Trust-wide programmes of work, providing effective leadership, direction, and delivery of the programmes, associated resources, the management of associate risks, processes, procedures and reporting. The post holder must have experience and expertise in leading programme management, as well as expertise in setting strategic direction. The postholder will work with senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals.
