A leading manufacturer is looking for two skilled Maintenance Engineers - one electrically biased and one mechanically biased - to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
The Role:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults to minimise downtime.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects.
* Ensure maintenance work is completed to high standards of safety and compliance.
* Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team to meet production demands.
* Record and update maintenance activities to improve asset performance.
We're Looking For:
Electrical Bias:
* Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* Strong fault-finding skills with Siemens/Allen Bradley systems.
* Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) systems.
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Access).
Mechanical Bias:
* Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
* Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
* MIG/MMA welding experience (desirable).
* Strong fault-finding skills.
* Experience with TPM and PPM systems.
* Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access).
Both roles require:
* Proven experience in a leadership role.
* Good SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) awareness.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
