Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Manchester / Birmingham / London - Hybrid 2 days in the office
Salary: Competitive salary + £20,000 on target bonus commission scheme + fantastic benefits including enhanced maternity/ paternity and life assurance

Role Purpose: To build a sustainable pipeline of new business or new scope of work to existing clients, meeting individual sales target, along with being the expert in a BV service line.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales strategy aligned to the market & business needs.
2. Understand & create clients’ needs through Teams or face to face meetings, to then present a solution of a BV service.
3. Develop lead opportunities either presented by marketing or identified through market trends and needs as PIA’s.
4. Contact leads provided through Marketing activity within 24 hours and continue to call until loss or converted to an opportunity.
5. Ensure a good level of client satisfaction, measured through NPS score.
6. Use the CRM system to create opportunities, manage pipeline through close dates & probability factors.
7. Track all activity through the CRM system.
8. Outbound cold calling & some inbound calls to the Sales Switchboard line.
9. Complete AD50’s for opportunities to ensure all proposed contracts are within the profit margins needed for the Business Units.
10. Forecast monthly and quarterly on sales performance to assist Business Units in planning of workload.
11. Attend Team meetings for Calling Days, Communication, Training and weekly set-ups.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Experience in successfully selling Certification services
2. Clear communication skills (oral and written)
3. Networking skills within an organisation
4. Use of LinkedIn to grow contacts with Industry
