Are you a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in financial services or an IFA practice?
Based in Westerham and a hybrid role, you will take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy practice, overseeing people management, business processes, regulatory compliance, and client servicing. Supporting the Partner, you will also play a key role in the business development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the submissions of client applications and projects.
2. Support the team to develop client relationships, referrals, service existing clients, and assist in building new relationships (incorporating client entertainment events) to provide a first-class client servicing strategy and business growth.
3. Develop and manage effective systems, processes, and procedures to support the Partner and Advisors to optimise client meetings.
4. Provide technical support and training to new employees and management teams.
5. Ensure the practice is up to date in compliance with all licensing, CPD, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
6. Oversee the practice finances efficiently in a timely manner.
7. Monitor business reports, trends, and statistical analysis to identify opportunities and challenges which might affect the growth of the practice.
Essential Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role (financial services/IFA practice preferred).
2. Ideally Dip PFS or equivalent qualification, be working towards or have the desire to gain a diploma/chartered qualification.
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, legislation, and compliance.
4. People management and leadership experience.
5. Experience of working within a regulated environment.
6. Proven experience of managing workflow, systems, and procedures.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Benefits:
1. Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 p/a (dependent on experience).
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (one hour paid lunch). Hybrid role.
