Employees of UKIFS can be based at either of our sites; West Burton, Nottinghamshire or Culham, Oxfordshire. This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data. The Role As part of the team providing risk support to UKIFS, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the enterprise risk framework. You will provide services to support/coordinate risk programmes, facilitate risk workshops, maintain the Risk Management software (ARM/PIMS), administer risk registers, and conduct risk reviews and data collation/production of reports to management. Key Accountabilities: Stakeholder Engagement Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of an overall risk management process within UKIFS. Monitor the risk management process including seeking timely updates from Strategic, Tranched and Project risk register owners as part of the many reporting streams. Reporting Responsible for collating and analysing risk data to be reported monthly to the appropriate Group. Support the Risk Team with other reporting streams monthly which may include many varied tasks like presenting data, taking minutes, gathering & interpreting data on a strategic level. Support updates to the various reporting templates. Ownership of the Project Risk Space Facilitate risk reviews and workshops with little to no supervision. Support Project Managers with their risk-based queries. Report on the Project risks at the relevant places. Risk Management Information Software (RMIS) Admin/Support Be proficient with the RMIS PIMS and ARM (training can be provided.) Assist with migration to new RMIS. Train employees in the RMIS.
