Responsibilities
* Build a rapport with our customers by greeting them in our showroom and assisting them with their requirements
* Demonstrate cutting-edge products on display, aiming to secure appointments for our team of Designers
* Ensure that our showroom is kept in a pristine condition at all times
* Make outbound phone calls to our online enquiries, qualifying customer needs through effective questioning, providing an estimate and booking an appointment with one of our designers, giving them the best possible chance to convert to an order
* Maintain daily customer activities for each site
* Prepare brochures for issue to customers and follow up on calls where required
* Update our CRM and other systems to the required standard
* Carry out general administration duties as part of the Customer Service Team
Criteria
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in outbound call centre/showroom lead taking
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
* Pro-active, enthusiastic and organised
* Preferably with some previous customer service experience
* Available for a 37.5 hour weekly shift pattern (Monday to Saturday)
