Classroom Cover Supervisor

Our client, a school, is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their support staff team as a Classroom Cover Supervisor. They ask that you are passionate about the power of education to improve the life chances of young people and are a committed team player. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is thinking of training as a teacher and someone who is keen to contribute to their students’ success.
The ideal candidates will:
* Have good organisational skills, patience, flexibility, creativity and an ability to build relationships with young people
* Have previous experience of working in a school
* Good communication skills

The School are offering this post as five days per week, term-time only from 8.30am until 4.00pm paid at NJC Point 12 (£26,421 per annum, actual pro-rated salary £19,673 per annum). However, they are willing to consider flexibility around hours and days worked to meet the needs of candidates. Please state your ideal working pattern on the application form. Please note that there is a pay award pending from April 2024 and that this post is fixed-term until 31 July 2025 in the first instance.
