A vacancy has arisen within a fast paced and successful organisation for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team in an administrative capacity. Main Duties Raising and receipting in purchase orders. Processing sales invoices and credit notes. Liaise with customer and suppliers. Work with other departments to resolve any ledger queries. Financial Data entry and administrative support. Assist with internal equipment stock reconciliation. Ad-hoc accounts administration duties. The Person: Well organised and the ability to multi-task. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently using their own initiative or as part of a team. Enthusiasm, motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude.
