Contracts Manager Role Sector: Education, Healthcare & Retail (Fast Track Fit-Out Projects) Location: Office-based in Yorkshire with nationwide site visits About the Role My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee fast track fit-out projects within the medical and healthcare sector. Projects range in value from £200K to £4M and require impeccable attention to detail and coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities - Manage all contractual aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery from conception to completion. - Conduct nationwide site visits, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth workflows. - Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, providing regular progress updates. - Resolve issues and mitigate risks during live project environments, maintaining health and safety standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations effectively. Candidate Requirements - Candidate must be based in the North West/Yorkshire region - Proven track record of managing contracts and projects in a live working environment within the medical or healthcare sector, preferably with fast-track fit-out experience. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project demands. - Proficiency in interpreting contracts, financial budgets, and construction plans. - Candidate must have strong IT skills Benefits - Salary: £55,000- £60,000 per annum. - Vehicle: Company Car or Allowance will be provided - Travel: Mileage for the use of their own car - Additional: Pension, 26 days per annum & Bank Holidays, Two Bonus Schemes If you would like to apply for the role, please email me over a copy of your up to date CV
