Job Description
3. Assisting with financial reporting and record-keeping.
4. Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately.
5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
6. Providing support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
7. Ensuring financial transactions are recorded and entered into the accounting system accurately.
8. Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
9. Participating in financial audits and working with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. AAT Qualification or studying towards.
12. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
13. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
14. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
