International Relocation Consultant Location : Swindon, SN5 Job Type : Permanent, Full-time Hours : Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:15 PM Remote Work : Fully remote, with an office hub available in Swindon if preferred Join our team as an International Relocation Consultant and play a key role in managing the relocation process for our clients. This position is ideal for a proactive and quick-thinking individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their relocation journey. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the relocation process from start to finish. Manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the relocation process are handled promptly. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise and maintaining high client satisfaction. Utilize organizational skills to keep track of all relocation details and client communications. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and standards to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-stress situations effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. Must be confident, proactive, and always thinking ahead. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be based in the UK and comfortable with remote working arrangements.
