About the role
The RONIN CATI (Telephone Interviewing) department was founded in 1998, to provide support on research fieldwork around the world.
Our global CATI presence allows us to engage with diverse markets and demographics through conversations led by our expert Telephone Interviewers. With this capability, we reach respondents across geographical boundaries, ensuring research insights are globally relevant.
Each month, we conduct thousands of interviews with consumers and B2B audiences, focusing on ‘Hard-to-Reach’ groups such as high-calibre professionals, senior management, scientists, specialists, policymakers, KOLs, and other top-tier opinion leaders.
We currently operate three CATI locations globally, with over 200 interviewers covering 32+ languages. Join us as our team grows, we offer a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and ample career development opportunities.
We currently require Dutch speakers who are confident with communicating with business professionals located in The Netherlands.
Rates of pay from £12 + holiday + performance bonus.
Key responsibilities.
* Conduct telephone interviews using CATI methodology.
* Engage with people from various backgrounds to collect valuable insights.
* Full training on CATI methodology provided.
* Entry-level positions with potential for career growth as the department expands.

This role is currently only office-based (RONIN London office, or Lancaster office)
Contract:
Zero hours contract, project to project.
Essential skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
* Dutch language proficiency with good English skills.
* Perseverance.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
* Previous market research experience is a plus but not required.
