OUR HOTEL
The Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco's New York Italian Restaurant, an IHG Hotel opened in April 2024. This brand new four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway central business district. The hotel boasts 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and well renowned restaurant Marco Pierre White New York Italian, with independent street access.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PUBLIC AREA CLEANER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
1. Keep public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space for our guests.
2. Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every public area is guest-ready.
3. Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
4. Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
5. Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
6. Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
