Job Outline:
Based in Kingston upon Thames, a well-established manufacturer of vacuum technologies is now seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to join their team and lead the Field Service and In-House Engineers.
Leading the team of 12 Engineers, your main priority is to ensure service plans and maintenance goals are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Resource planning
2. People management
3. Service Sales support
4. Budgetary Management
Managing all aspects of the Service provision, you must be willing to travel within the UK, and also overseas to other global locations as required.

Experience and Qualifications:
As the successful Service Manager, you should hold a relevant degree in engineering or similar.
With experience in Mechanics/ Systems /Machine tools/ Electronics or Mechatronics; including Service Engineering, Service Management and Team Leadership, you will have a proven track record in managing customer expectations.
