A top-tier developer is currently seeking Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join one of their prestigious high-end residential schemes in West London.
The project is in its early stages and comprises luxury residential units with exclusive leisure amenities, including premium wellness facilities, fitness spaces, entertainment areas, and private social lounges. Candidates with strong procurement and full project lifecycle experience are preferred.
Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West London
Rate / Salary: £400 - £450 p/d or £60k - £85k (plus package)
