Job Title: Social Worker – Child Protection Location: Birmingham Rate : £33.30 per hour A Children's Social Worker is required to join Birmingham’s Children Safeguarding Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team. What are will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding children from harm by conducting interviews and carrying out assessments to review individuals' circumstances within specific time-scales. You will chair and attend Child in Need meetings, Reviews, and Child Protection Conferences. It's essential to undertake all training and development opportunities to continue your professional development. Additionally, you will be involved in court work and perform statutory visits.
