Support students’ personal, social, and emotional development in small groups or 1:1 settings. Implement learning strategies and adapt teaching based on students’ needs, especially those with SEND or EHCPs. Foster resilience and build confidence in students through targeted interventions. Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor and assess student progress. About You Be able to do the job as described. Adaptable communication skills to meet the unique needs of individual students. Skilled in supporting emotional literacy and building self-esteem. Knowledgeable in providing learning support, especially in literacy and numeracy. Positive approach to behaviour management, promoting independence and accountability.
