We are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, other Directors and staff generally for their allocated offices/sectors. Duties and Responsibilities Manages reception duties ie. greeting visitors to office, answering telephone calls, processing emails to general email address and processing mail Manages conference and meeting room bookings and car parking spaces General administrative support to Directors and staff Manages the day-to-day management of office facilities, H&S protocols, “office” related QA aspects (to ISO 9001), e nvironmental aspects (to ISO 14001) Orders office consumables as required Manages Sub Consultant relations Maintains a record of sub-consultants and ensures that credit checks, PI insurance and SSIP is maintained for each company. Maintains NORR info on Supplier Platforms where NORR are a sub-consultant Manages office petty cash system Inputs to Constructionline and Build on line accreditations under direction of the Director of Operations Manages Safety Scheme In Procurement (SSIP) under direction of the Director of Operations Organises travel and accommodation for staff as required Undertakes document control for projects within allocated sectors as required Coordinates project billings/invoices on a monthly/ad-hoc basis for allocated sectors Manages central NORR email inbox Other administrative duties as required Required Skills Have successfully completed related post-secondary education equivalent to a college diploma in office administration or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excellent written and oral communication skills Required Experience 5 years of experience
