The Role
* Full accountability for site operations across production, water treatment, engineering, and health & safety.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams, building a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and clear communication.
* Challenge outdated practices, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Plan, forecast, and manage operational budgets with precision and ownership.
* Oversee environmental and water treatment processes, ensuring full compliance and aligning with sustainability objectives.
* Embed a proactive Health & Safety culture at all levels of the organisation.
* Collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support scalability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience at Operations, Site, or Plant Manager level within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a relevant industrial sector.
* Strong change management skills — you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and inspire others to embrace smarter ways of working.
* Engineering or technical background advantageous, particularly those experienced in managing cross-functional operations.
* Commercially astute, with experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering to financial targets.
* People-first leadership style — you build teams, foster collaboration, and lift performance.
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety, environmental compliance, and modern manufacturing practices.
* Experience in water treatment management (desirable but not essential).
* A relevant qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
