The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with Client Services skills to join a newly formed part of the team working in-house at BAT. The role is a lynchpin between the client and our agency partners bringing together all facets of multiple projects throughout the whole process, ensuring every stage of the process is delivered on time and all relevant stakeholders are satisfied with the creative work.
This is a 6m FTC with the possibility to extend.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing projects from brief through to delivery, across all types of channels.
* Owning timings and being meticulous on deadlines and chasing the team to deliver on time and with relevant creative work for each channel.
* Organising and running weekly sessions with the client and providing clear action points and assigning next steps to all involved parties.
* Working across multiple projects at the same time.
Must-Have Experience and Skills:
* Experience in creative project management as well as producing all channel campaigns, a focus on digital is a bonus.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of people both client-side and within agencies.
* Creating strong, trusted, and honest relationships with everyone throughout the process.
* Using your own initiative with suggestions and enjoying working with the team around you.
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills, with a natural enjoyment of change and flexibility.
* Keen eye for attention to detail for deliverables.
