Executive Assistant to CEO – Temporary Position
Location: Brighton
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Start Date: December
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a thriving organization based in Brighton.
This is a temporary, full-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to start in December.
As an EA, you will:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
* Manage complex diary arrangements and coordinate meetings.
* Organize travel, events, and conferences.
* Handle high-level correspondence and communications.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* A proactive, flexible approach to work.
