You should be highly organized and possess strong customer focus skills, capable of effectively communicating with a diverse customer base and liaising with both internal and external parties involved in delivering customer service. The position offers £18.55 per hour for a 36-hour, 5-day work week. Primarily remote, the main work base is Magdalen House. The successful candidate will provide a borough-wide service to all customers, ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include internal and external communication, as well as managing and delivering welfare rights, benefits, and financial assessments.
