Your role: The responsibilities with the role will be to undertake, as well as support Managers in undertaking workplace investigations such as: disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, health and safety, and complaints. The skills and experience we need is as follows: Extensive experience in undertaking investigations Ability to communicate to a high standard, both written and verbally, to a variety of audiences Experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures Ability to interpret management information in different formats Level 3 education or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
