Part-time Product Team Leader Role
We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). In this role, you will lead, motivate, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a positive working environment. Your expertise in product handling and visual presentation will be crucial in enhancing the customer journey, alongside supporting the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and uphold operational standards, ultimately driving sales and team performance.
About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
1. Deliver outstanding product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
2. Maintain high visual standards with a focus on the customer journey.
3. Manage store operations confidently across service, people, and processes.
4. Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the team to prioritize customer experience.
5. Utilize commercial tools effectively to drive sales.
6. Take responsibility for store KPIs including sales, stock management, payroll, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
7. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
8. Develop the store team to be motivated, engaged, and valued.
You'll Be Perfect If
1. You have retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

3. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
