About the Role
Waterside is an award-winning vibrant destination for performance, culture and events.
Located on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal in the heart of Sale town centre, the venue opened in 2004 and houses live theatre and event spaces, galleries, bar & coffee house and workshop studios, presenting work of national significance and an important venue in the Greater Manchester cultural landscape. Annually Waterside stages around 250 professional productions, hosts over 700 participatory events and classes and welcomes over 115,000 visitors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our team to assist in the delivery of a range of events at Waterside; including front of house duties, such as meeting and greeting visitors, ticket scanning, ushering in the theatre(s) and serving customers at our bar, coffee shop, gift shop and merchandise outlets.
The post holder will be part of the Front of House team responsible for customer care and effective delivery of a variety of events, meetings and private events including weddings.
Flexibility will be required to meet service needs and will include evening and weekend working.
