Responsibilities Actively source and qualify candidates Manage the client's needs and expectations Use CRM to manage clients/candidates information Maintaining strong relationships with end clients and candidates Working to improve recruitment efficiency Experience 1 year minimum experience in 360 agency recruitment Experience in sales/new business Candidate delivery and client management CRM, Excel, Word and job boards such as CV Library, REED etc Achieve KPI's/targets set
