Learning Development Administrator - Fixed Term Contract - January - March 2025 Division: Central Location: Hillsborough, NI As the GRAHAM business experiences a period growth and development, we are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Development Administrator to assist the L&D Team on a 3month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development this position will be key in providing an administrative support service, including but not limited to, data management, training support and recruitment. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy L&D department and be able to adapt in a high pressure environment. They will have excellent IT skills, specifically MS Excel and will implement both strong team working and stellar communication skills. Candidates with experience of the Construction industry would be of particular interest, though this is not essential. Expected duties: Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information Assist with the organization of training events Arrange room bookings and hospitality for training events Assist with the collation of attendance records Manage the administration of the training events billing activity Manage the administration of flights and accommodation for trainers Ensure all resources are ordered and ready for training events Assist in the collation of Training feedback Assist in administration of the CONNECT process Assist in the administration of the company's Further Education policy and ensure records are updated Assist in the grant recovery process Deal with telephone / email/ post enquiries for the department Provide a generalist administration service to the L&D team as demand dictates This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Learning Development Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken.
