To promote learning within the clinical environment To work with other departments within the Trust to facilitate learning to support service developments and to support staff in practice who are subject to capability/competence processes. Demonstrate a specialist level of knowledge, skill and understanding of clinical practice standards within the Trust acting as a resource and role model to colleagues. Support staff with specialist advice in relation to practice education. Work alongside clinical staff, promoting best practice, providing support and education, facilitating a learning environment and development of staff to meet local requirements. When delivering training sessions and supporting staff clinically, promote that all staff are aware of and adhere to all relevant Trust policies and procedures as part of educational activity.
