***Project Manager - Residential Developments - Mid Ulster***

Your new role
As Project Manager you will be working as part of the senior management team and positively collaborating with the design & construction teams. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of high-end residential projects within the set timeframe and the appropriate budget. You will report directly to the construction manager and work agree project budgets, appointing & managing building contractors, update on project progress and any issues that may arise throughout. You will be involved with monthly project meetings to review project quality, value and cost, being able to make the relevant adjustments where necessary. Oversee projects on site and ensure that all health & safety is being followed and adhered to from start to finish of the project.
You will be expected to assist in the sale completion process and after-sales customer care.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 4 years of experience at a Project Manager level or in a similar role, as well as holding a construction related degree or an equivalent qualification. A history and working experience of JCT and NEC contracts, while being proficient in the use of MS office programmes such as outlook and excel. It will be essential to have house building experience while also having profound knowledge of the residential development process from inception through to handover. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a full, clean UK driving license.
