Responsibilities:
1. Line Scheduling.
2. Translate short term supply plan weeks 0-6 into detailed schedule (weekly/daily) by line.
3. Refining of day/shift/hour production schedules through the exceptions process based on full SC info – decision making at the point of action.
4. Planning trade-off decisions made and supported by full internal supply chain.
5. Working as an integral part of manufacturing to fully optimize SC.
6. Key manufacturing KPI’s reported and analyzed to identify performance gaps.
7. Production sequence & EOQ reviewed through iS&OP process and updated.
8. Provide input to AOP and iS&OP process.
9. Facilitate performance reviews with Manufacturing and Supply Planning to challenge & influence, based on performance trends & opportunities identified.
10. Lead weekly Move planning - Translate production schedule net requirements into optimized materials move.
11. Lead daily Move planning supply exceptions and adjustments - Responsible to deliver to PEP factories all materials in his/her scope on time and in full.
12. Accountable for Move supply issue resolution.
13. Responsible for Materials Purchase Orders creation.
14. Accountable for timely factory stock update (Goods Receipts, zero line side stock).
15. Keep up-to-date Materials database, Supply Chain Master Data (incl. MRP parameters).
16. Organize weekly review with the Factory change manager to anticipate/monitor long lead time materials supply Move.
17. Support Projects (R&D and GPE productivity projects, LEAN).
18. Reporting & Control: Follow-up and feedback to Supply Chain Manager/ Pep Procurement on Supplier performance - KPIs, SOA.
19. Ensure all site-specific quality, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are achieved or exceeded.
20. To maintain quality standards in line with site expectations.
21. Demonstrate a commitment to H&S and ensure all accidents and incidents are reported and corrective actions implemented. Encourage the reporting of all near misses.

3. Material Availability.
4. Stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a supply chain role and/or manufacturing, preferably in the food processing industry.
2. Able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and adherence to policies.
3. Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach backed by strong analytical skills.
4. First-class communication skills (written & verbal).
5. Self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.
