As a guide Field Collections Agents earn bonuses of £200 - £400 per month which could take your annual earnings total up to £35,765 (inclusive of the car allowance). SHIFTS: Working patterns, to support your work-life balance. We have an operating window of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm on Saturday. We work a 40-hour week. 10-hours of which must be worked during our prime operating window Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm Saturday 9am – 1pm. ROLE: As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. You’ll be field based covering a region across Chelmsford. In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you: Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with their outstanding arrears Your work will be split between water accounts and our regulated work. Day to day you can expect to resolve customer’s accounts on a personal basis.
