Job Description We are excited to be recruiting for a brand new role in our growing Marketing team.This role can be based in Milton Keynes or London with the ability to travel on occasion between offices.The Group marketing operations role is key to improving the performance and growth of the Group brands. We are looking for someone who has experience in a Marketing role and can provide and develop marketing operational support processes to support the marketing team activities and defined areas of the B2B business. To work closely with the Heads of Marketing, Group Marketing Director, wider marketing team and business leadersYou will be: Responsible for supporting the development of marketing operations across Group marketing Support the Marketing heads and teams to drive forward their strategic plans. Support defined areas of our B2B business including Build to Rent, Affordable Homes and Shared Ownership amongst others To own key marketing platforms, for example Fusion (Print platform with Paragon) and to liaise with supplier and branches on the use of these Develop strong collaborative working relationship with the Head of Design Studio and Marketing Projects, Brand Marketing Director and Group Marketing PR and Communications Director To own and manage marketing operations support for legal and compliance matters including, agency agreements, compliance updates on property marketing collateral. To support marketing operations systems on For Sale/To Let boards Support and assist on branch rebrand projects, new acquisitions and branch refurbishment activities Where requested provide marketing support for various stakeholders across the business, including marketing colleagues and Group directors. Support the Group Marketing Director with evaluation of new lead generation marketing initiatives and marketing software solutions. Develop an analytical approach to supporting measuring and monitoring the impact of Marketing activity. Leverage findings to build effective marketing operational processes to increase efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have: Initiative and self-motivation. Ability to deal with ambiguity and have the capability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to multi-task and work both under pressure and to deadlines. Team building skills and the ability to support and motivate. Strong communication and presentation skills Very good organisational, coordination and operational skills. Creative ability, and the energy and enthusiasm to promote new initiatives. Ability to gather, monitor and document data. Ability to manage budgeting responsibilities.
