We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (who will have their own portfolio) to lead and manage our Service Account Management team (team of 4).The team are focused on developing strong strategic relationships with our customers, maximizing opportunities to collaborate, achieve efficiencies and improve capability.In addition to enhancing contractual activities and monitoring adherence to KPIs.
As a member of the Aftermarket Management team, this role will work collaboratively to drive new initiatives and strategic growth activities. This role is not around generating revenue but providing management to the Service Account Managers.
1. previous experience of leading, driving and motivating teams within an account management or customer servicing environment.
2. have a proven and successful track record in establishing strong and long-term customer relationships.
3. have previous experience in operating in matrix operational structures.
4. be customer focused individual, with experience of managing demanding customers in a customer-led organization.
5. be able to operate at a strategic level and operational level to drive and support the business results required.
6. some commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service-oriented operation.
