We are looking for a Contract Cleaning Administrator to assist in managing an NHS cleaning contract for compliance, performance and customer satisfaction.
Applicants need to be forward thinking and proactive. The post holder will take pride in their work and have a positive, can-do attitude.
A driving licence is an advantage.
* Working alongside the Contract Manager to analyse and track data
* Liaising with colleagues to ensure they have contract administrative support
* Communicating with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
* Check health and safety documentation for compliance with statutory requirements
* Regularly check stock before ordering cleaning equipment and materials
* Update staff training records
* Assist management with reviewing and improving cleaning services
* Have experience of working with MS Office applications
* Basic administrative tasks such as taking messages and answering phone calls
