Senior Finance Administrator
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Main Duties
1. Manage Financial Transactions: Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring precise and accurate record-keeping.
2. Warranty Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to manage customer account activity related to warranty claims.
3. Credit Control: Oversee customer and vehicle accounts, achieving targets and meeting deadlines effectively.
4. Assist in Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to maintain accurate and complete financial data.
5. Management Accounts Preparation: Assist in preparing management accounts, providing timely and accurate financial information to aid decision-making.
6. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the Finance Administrator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. Step into their role when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
7. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong working relationships with both customers and suppliers.
8. Operational Collaboration: Partner with operational colleagues on focused tasks as needed.
9. Project Support: Assist senior finance staff in projects aimed at improving reporting capabilities and enhancing overall team efficiency.
Skills and Experience
1. Qualifications: A-Level or similar accountancy qualification is advantageous.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
4. Personal Attributes: Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
5. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software or similar systems is a plus.
