Job summary The post holder will deputise for the head of complex care across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) and support the management of BIRU, Joint Funding, MCA, BI and Court of Protection work streams. They will support the delivery of the Funded Care Service across BNSSG, ensuring the people of (BNSSG) experience the best possible quality of services, clinical outcomes and patient experience when they interface with health and care providers. Main duties of the job The post holder will safely and effectively manage complex residents across BNSSG, holding a caseload of individuals and provide leadership and line management to the case management team.
