Job summary The post holder will provide a day to day co-ordination and administrative support in the single point of referral team and to the out of hours clinical team. She/he will act as a focal point for communication between the nursing staff, patients, hospitals, GP's specialist nurses, allied health professionals, social services and other multidisciplinary teams referring into the service. Main duties of the job SPOA Administrator Full Time posts - 37.5hrs per week Band 3 SPOA Administrator The service is open 365 days a year, Operational Hours of 08:00 to 20:00 hrs, Monday to Sunday, the successful candidate will be expected to work, Bank Holidays, shift work and one weekend in four.
