We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our administration team across all Community Hospitals. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our community healthcare facilities. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations, contributing to the overall success of our mission to provide exceptional administration support to our community.
Please Note: As part of this role, you will be required to travel to different sites. This could sometimes be at short notice to provide cover where needed.
The Community Hospital Sites Are:
1. City (Oxford)
2. Abingdon
3. Didcot
4. Wallingford
5. Bicester
6. Witney
7. Wantage
Interviews: Interviews will be held face to face. Please only apply if you are able to attend in person.
The successful individual will be motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing a comprehensive administration service. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. You will have good organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office.
You will be a confident individual who is able to use their own initiative to manage competing and conflicting demands.
