As a Renewals Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving contract renewals. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain high retention rates and optimise renewal strategies. The Role Own and manage the contract renewal process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and upsell opportunities. Negotiate renewal terms, identify potential risks, and proactively address customer concerns. Analyse customer data and renewal trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Ensure accurate forecasting of renewal revenue and contribute to overall business growth. Your Skills & Experience Proven experience in account management, customer success, or renewals within a SaaS or subscription-based business preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making. Proficiency in CRM systems and customer engagement tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits - what's in it for you?
