Supervisor Maintenance

As a part of the Kingsteignton Operations team, the Maintenance Supervisor role will give the preferred applicant the tools and support to grow with and within our business.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Ensure all activities are carried out with regards to the prescribed safety rules and ensure all members of the team execute LMRA’s, LOTOTO’s etc., and perform all activities in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with Sibelco policies, guidelines, and values.
* Coordinate and provide daily support for the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required production and service levels.
* Manage, coach, support, and develop the Maintenance team. Address skills gaps in comparison to site requirements.
* Ensure maintenance activities on the site are achieved according to the Operational Excellence principle. Ensure preventative/corrective maintenance is delivered in line with the maintenance plan.
* Drive clear communication with production management to ensure maintenance activities are performed in a timely manner and the production downtime is limited to a minimum.
* Coordinate 3rd party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved.
* Perform activities to fulfill the set of predefined KPI’s i.e., quality and quantity.
* Ensure required documentation is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
What You Bring to the Table
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
* Prior supervisory experience.
* Strong awareness/understanding of Health and Safety.
* Technical English– proficient verbal & writing.
* MS Office skills.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Good team player, builds strong working relationships, motivates, and holds team accountable.
* Problem-solving expertise.
