Job Title: Demand Management Support
Location: Telford, UK
Job Type: Full-time contract, 6 months initially, with potential to extend
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Summary:
• Demand Management support plays a key role in overseeing client requests and managing the demand lifecycle.
• This role involves co-ordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely responses to client requests.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage incoming client requests from receipt to submission, ensuring accurate and timely responses
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and issue management ? Maintain accurate data collection the workflow tool to support reporting
• Provide coverage and support to other team members when needed
• Work with internal teams/stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
Mandatory skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
• Attentional to detail
• Awareness or experience of workflow tools such as Atlassian Jira
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Teams
