Spirehouse Recruitment is partnering with a Social Housing organisation to find an exceptional Corporate Health and Safety Manager. In this critical role, you will serve as the organisation's Competent Person for health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure living and working environment for all stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director of Property & Development, you will lead and oversee all health and safety initiatives across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and maintaining ISO45001 accreditation.
2. Developing and delivering comprehensive health and safety training programmes for all staff.
3. Creating and regularly reviewing safety-related policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with current legislation.
4. Collaborating closely with the Asset Management department to ensure adherence to risk and method statements, and auditing equipment checks and PPE usage.
