Receptionist About Titans Football Academy The Titans FA is a World Class Football Academy providing professional football coaching to children of all levels. We currently have more than 2000 students aged 4 – 16 years attending coaching sessions each week in our 24 development centres. As a result of this we are looking for a proactive part time Receptionist employee to join us. Job Description We are looking for a part time Receptionist / Front of Desk employee to join our amazing, energetic team. The hours for this role are negotiable, with the ideal candidate being able to work Saturday mornings in Hatch End and Monday evenings in Northwood, with a minimum of 10 hours per week being given. There is the option of only working one of these shifts also. The role is a self employed role. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the relevant centers: welcoming all guests in a friendly manor and registering all guests as they come in to the centre for the training sessions. The ideal candidate should ideally have some experience working on a reception desk but this is not essential. The candidate must be polite, self sufficient, welcoming and be able to take initiative. You will be an integral part of the team, being the face of Titans for many parents and kids. As the Receptionist, you will have a number of key responsibilities as seen below. Key Responsibilities Registering guests on the way in and out - saying Hello and Goodbye Signing up new customers and managing the admin around this Providing and assisting with sample kits for kids to try on Keeping record of players on the day and passing this along to the relevant teams Liaising with coaches after the sessions Signing in those coming for trials Taking initiative in any situation Providing weekly figures in a document Providing first aid Removing distressed children from the sessions and helping to calm them down on the sidelines Making notes throughout the sessions Dealing with any parent questions or enquiries Making note of trialists not on the sheet or children not on the register or registered to the wrong session Acting in a professional and friendly way at all the time Essential Experience, Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, approachable, friendly and energetic Ability to balance demands and priorities Ability to complete tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail Preferably likes and has an interest in sports Days, Times, Salary Part time, self employed contract with a rate of £13.50 per hour Minimum of 10 hours per week (Monday evenings, Saturday mornings) preferable, or one of these shifts only.
