This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, ENT QMC. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:45 - 17:30. You will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing a first-class service.

You must be educated to GCSE standard, possess excellent communication skills, and be competent in the use of computer systems including Microsoft packages and Medway PAS.
Working as part of the Outpatient team, you will be responsible for greeting patients at reception, checking and updating personal details while maintaining patient confidentiality. Using Medway PAS and other relevant booking systems, you will arrange follow-up appointments and update details accurately and efficiently. You’ll have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquiries both by telephone and in person.
